The V911 it’s a bit lazy flying forward…. A good idea to improve the fast forward flight involves changing the CG putting the battery more closer to the nose, but if you don’t want to modify the CG you can try my new mix. The idea it’s to put more thrust on the main rotor when you push the elevator stick. With the stock program when you push the elevator stick the main blades go down a few rpm so the heli goes forward and lose some altitude, with my program you will compensate that effect.
The program has been made with Eepe and runs on Er9x and it has not been tested on Open9x
Here it’s the Mix section:
CH03 +125%THR Switch(ID0) Curve(c1)
R +125%THR Switch(!ID0) Curve(c2)
R -100%HALF Switch(THR)
CH05 R +50%P1 Offset(100%)
CH06 R +50%P3 Offset(100%)
As you can see above the ELE switch puts a 6% more thrust when activated and the GEA puts 10%. You can try it and adjust yourself to your needs, the trick it’s to maintain the forward flight without making the heli going up due the increase of thrust. Try different values and find the perfect one. If you increase the value a lot the heli goes up quickly so try to use 1% increments when trimming.

Want to take out the slop? This kit it’s the solution (thanks John for giving me the oportunity to test the kit )
KZALASKA sells this kit for the MCPx but since MCPx and the V922 have a lot of parts in common they could be used whitout mod. anything.
It takes only a few minutes to install, you get 13 O-Rings (Silicone) just for 3,50$.
I’ve installed them into my V922 and the results are great!, more control on stick movements,They take out the play at the ball joints reducing vibrations and give smoother stick inputs
Here are the pictures…:
The kit comes with clear installation pictures so the process its a piece of cake.
The O-rings out of the plastic bag.
First O-Ring in place.
They fit perfectly.
I have not used the skids O-Rings because I’ve found another use for ’em… Take the slop out on my V911 !
If you own a V911 you’ve noticed that it has a big “pendulum” effect, using the O-Rings that effect will be reduced a lot, another good mod to reduce the effect it’s moving the battery forward to move the CG.
Take a look at www.kzalaska.com for more pictures.

Hi, today I’m gonna show you how to modify a training gear for the V922.
2,5 $ Trainign gear (1mm diameter CF rods)
0$ 2 Squinkies balls (Thanks to my daughter for the “donation”, …….to be honest she doesn’t know I’ve grab the balls from her toy’s bag….., anyway she left ’em alone more than a year ago….)
1 Some heat shrink tube and CA
I’ve cut the central part just to left 4 legs.
Micro Training Gear Dissasem
Micro Training Gear 3
Micro Training Gear 2
Micro Training Gear 1
Do you wanna a stiffer main frame for your V911?
It’s simple, just add to small carbon rods to the main frame. This mod will reduce vibrations and improve stability.
Just measure the rods, cut ’em and glue ’em to the main frame using two component glue (IE Araldit)
Upgraded the V911 stock motor with a SoloPro 260A motor.
Fits perfectly into the V911 frame, it’s the perfect upgrade for the stock motor. Flying time will be almost the same and sometimes a little bit but you get ride of the noise…
Price for the motor was 5.80$ (with free shipping) at Ebay.com

Hi, wanna share this custom case I’ve made.
The box is an AKG Microphone case with foam pieces. In the lower side I’ve put the V911 and I’ve used the upper sideo for the batteries and charger.
Now the heli it’s bulletproof ! No more broken blades or tails…..
