During hard crashes the tail boom breaks easily…
The solution… 2 spare tail booms for a low price. 2.35$ with free shipping.
The tails are well packed inside a plastic bag and protected by bubble wrapping.
The waiting was worth it !
Now its time for modding…
Main blade holder:
You can buy a blade holder for less than 4 bucks or you can made it for…free ! I’ve made mine from an old mouse pad (old style). These pads are made of EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) so if you can’t find that kind of pad you could use some EVA sheet. You can find EVA sheets in crafts shops.
The template for the V911 (open9x firmware) has been tested and works 100%.
I’ve uploaded the final version to box.com.
Use Pot3 to control the range of “side to side and forward-backward” and Pot1 to control the tail.
I suggest to start with both Pot1 and Pot3 in the middle range, otherwise the V911 will fly like pressing the mode button on the original radio.
Hi, here’s the V911 template for the open9x firmware. The original file comes from HackMods.com (Thanks) with er9x format and it has been modified for the open9x firmware.
Updated to V2
